Using the Site

Product Information

We work hard to keep prices, descriptions, and stock levels accurate. Perfume bottle photography can look slightly different depending on your screen, and formulations may be refined over time — if we ever make a meaningful change to a fragrance, we'll say so clearly. If a price is ever listed incorrectly by mistake, we reserve the right to correct it before confirming your order, and we'll always let you know before charging anything different from what you agreed to.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale until we confirm it. Occasionally an order is cancelled after the fact, usually due to a stock issue or a payment that didn't go through cleanly. If that happens, you'll hear from us directly and receive a full refund where applicable.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout: Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. We may add or remove options over time as our banking relationships change.

Affiliate Program Terms

If you join as an affiliate, you're an independent participant earning commission based on our published compensation structure, not an employee of Lux Aurelia. Commission rates, level structures, and reward thresholds are set by us and may be adjusted with notice as the business grows, though we won't retroactively reduce commission you've already earned and had confirmed.

Misrepresenting the business opportunity in your own marketing — promising guaranteed income, for instance — isn't something we allow, since it's neither accurate nor fair to the people you're talking to.

Intellectual Property

The Lux Aurelia name, logo, product names, and site content belong to us. Affiliates are welcome to use the official marketing material we provide to promote the brand, but please don't alter the logo or create your own conflicting versions of it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this page as the business grows. The “last updated” date at the top will change whenever we do, and any material changes will be communicated through the site or your account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
