Where We Deliver

We currently ship across Pakistan, covering major cities and most smaller towns through our courier partners. If you're in a genuinely remote area, delivery might take a little longer, and we'll flag that at checkout if we can tell in advance.

How Long It Takes

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and similar): typically 2 to 4 business days
• Other cities and towns: typically 3 to 7 business days
• Remote areas: can occasionally take longer, depending on courier coverage

These are working estimates, not guarantees carved in stone. Courier delays, weather, and public holidays can push things a day or two either way. If your order is taking noticeably longer than expected, reach out and we'll chase it up with the courier on your behalf.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery applies to orders above Rs. 4,000. Below that threshold, a standard delivery charge applies and is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order — nothing added as a surprise afterward.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow it directly with the courier. If you don't receive one within 24 hours of placing your order, let us know — sometimes it's a typo in the phone number, sometimes it's a small delay on our end, and either way we can sort it out quickly.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on most orders. Where possible, please have the exact amount ready for the rider — it makes things easier for everyone.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers usually attempt delivery two to three times. If they're unable to reach you after that, the order gets returned to us, and we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (which may involve an additional delivery charge) or a refund if you'd rather not proceed.
