Refund & Return Policy

Last updated: [13/07/2026]

We want you to actually like what you ordered, not just keep it because sending it back feels like too much hassle. Here's how returns and refunds work in practice.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery along with a photo — a quick WhatsApp  https://wa.me/923457313249  picture is perfectly fine. We'll sort out a replacement or a refund, your choice. This one's on us, no argument and no restocking fee.

Change of Mind

Because these are fragrance products involving health and hygiene once opened, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on items that are unopened, unused, and still in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Once a bottle's seal has been broken, we're not able to accept it back. This isn't us being difficult — it's a hygiene standard most cosmetics and fragrance sellers hold to.

If your unopened item qualifies, message us and we'll arrange the return. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa to an account you provide
  • JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer orders: refunded to the original payment method

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and checking the returned item, though your bank or wallet provider's own processing time can add a day or two on their end — that part is outside our control.

Gift Sets & Tester Boxes

Tester and rollerball gift sets follow the same rule. If the box has been opened and any vial used, we're not able to accept a change-of-mind return, for the same hygiene reason mentioned above.

Order Cancellations

Want to cancel before it ships? Message us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's already handed to the courier, it falls under the return process described above instead.
